*ABOUT CLEVELAND CLINIC *
As a global, academic medical centre, Cleveland Clinic has provided world class patient care to people from around the world since 1921. Cleveland Clinic Canada, the Canadian location of the Cleveland Clinic, opened in 2006 and has two locations in downtown and midtown Toronto. Our multi-disciplinary team of clinicians provides a variety to help our patients’ age well and move better. We are currently searching for a full-time Sports Store Associate to oversee and consult with patients in need of bracing and support products in a busy multi-disciplinary Sports Medicine Clinic. The individual will be responsible for helping patients with a variety of conditions such as osteoarthritis, sports injuries, chronic injuries, and inactivity, as well as educating patients on use of our products. This role will also be responsible for general oversight and administration of the store including organization of stock, tracking inventory and regular reporting.
*Proven clinical experience with injuries and treatment protocols, ideally in a sports medicine or rehabilitation setting.
* Experience with bracing at another clinic is highly beneficial.
* Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a proactive approach to building relationships and providing consultative customer interactions.
* Strong team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals and colleagues.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding performance competencies and sales targets in a competitive retail or healthcare environment.
* Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to evolving procedures and priorities, and remain flexible and responsive to customer needs.
* Demonstrated ability to manage inventory levels effectively to ensure product availability.
* 1-3 years of working experience with injuries/treatment protocols
* 1-3 years of customer service and experience managing inventory levels
*Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology or proven related education and experience.
* Registered and in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (asset)
*Consulting with patients in the Sports Store to offer assistance with off the shelf and custom bracing.
* Collaborating with a team of Sports Medicine Physicians, rehab providers, and administrative support staff.
* Staying informed about new products and technologies in the sports medicine and rehabilitation field.
* Working with a variety of suppliers, submitting orders, tracking sales and troubleshooting problems with products
* Assisting patient with the completion of private insurance forms to ensure accurate comprehensive information.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
