Job Title: Land Administrator (Senior)Location: Calgary, AB (hybrid) Duration: 1 year contractYour New Company A leading company in the Canadian Gas Operations industry is looking to add a member to their team for a 1-year contract.Your new roleConsidered a subject matter expert and is sought out by internally stakeholders for guidance on land rights issues.Identify land requirements and potential issues on capital projects, acquisition or development programs.Provide facilitation in unique land issues, claims, negotiations recognizing precedent-setting impacts; support and implement the annual integrated public awareness program.Direct and/or advise contract land agents, appraisal experts, consulting foresters and surveyors, contractors involved with property matters and ownership.Ensure data within the land database is current and accurate.What you'll need to succeed 10+ years of relevant experience. Comfortable with field work.
