Our client, a wealth management firm that provides strategic financial and personal advice to successful individuals across Canada, is looking for an ambitious and outgoing Administrative Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. Health and dental benefits Yearly performance bonuses Team building / Social eventsCentrally located in the heart of downtownFinancial and professional growth Beautiful modern downtown office close to all amenities Required skills and qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role Previous banking and/or finance experience considered a strong asset Post secondary education in a related field, such as finance, economics, accounting, or business administrationSecurities License (Completion of the Canadian Securities Course - CSC)Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently/in a teamAbility to multitaskExceptional organizational skillsDuties may include, but are not limited to: Prepare and distribute all meeting materialsInput all the necessary data into the systemAssist the advisors and the overall operationsBalance and process expense reportsGreet clients - offer beverages, direct them to the boardroomHandle incoming calls in a professional mannerFile documents - both electronic and paper Sort and distribute incoming mailOther duties as assigned Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 per year Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm If you are interested and believe you meet the specified qualifications, please reply to this ad with your Resume.
