Requirements:- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Corporate Law Clerk;- Successful completion of Law Clerk diploma program;- Demonstrative experience working within a corporate commercial practice;- Familiarity with the OnCorp filing system and PC Law;- Proficient with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams,);- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;- Member of ILCO with thorough knowledge of legal procedures, statutes and regulations applicable to commercial and corporate law- Demonstrative analytical skills, good judgment, and a and high attention to detail; and- Ability to work well in a team as well as with minimum supervision when required.
