So many details to be considered, risks to be identified, clauses to be negotiated, and change orders to be managed.Construction Contracts ManagerThis person will play a key role in moving this very established construction company into the future.Reporting to the Controller, you will be part of an amazing team of experts who balance risk and customer needs in the execution of terms, change requests, conditions and amendments. You will also support national bid processes, working with internal stakeholders, contractors and project managers across Canada.This role represents the first step in what could be a very successful career journey. The company culture is strong and community-focused. There is a lot of pride in providing opportunities to stretch and grow.This is a permanent role with a comprehensive compensation package that includes profit sharing.
