New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership for the MEDITECH Expanse Readiness and Activation stream at local hospital facilities and beyond.The Program Manager will be responsible to:Work with project resources to collect requirements, define scope, verify and control scope.Work with stakeholder groups to review, identify, clarify and prioritize business and technical requirementsProvide scoping of proposed solutionsAid in the development of a roadmap for the program and delivery of both interim and long term solutionsDefine project goals and responsibilities including creation of a responsibility assignment matrix.Have oversight of the multiple streams of work and ability to manage subprojectsDefine activities, sequence activities, estimation of resources and activity duration.Develop and control scheduleIdentify stakeholders, plan, execute and distribute communications and other related project requirementsReport on performance, budget, schedule, meeting minutes, decisions, outcomes, risks and any other reporting requirementsManage budgetIdentify high-level risks as part of the project planning processFollow FH structured project management process including Project Charter, budget, and status deliverables.Other deliverables may include Integration ManagementScope ManagementHuman Resource ManagementChange ManagementCommunications ManagementProject Management Responsibilities:Provide regular status reporting to Advance Program leadership as required.Ensure appropriate documentation is organized and can be easily audited.Ensure time tracking and invoicing processes are followed; suggest process improvements.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure process optimization for the Advance ProgramCollaborate with appropriate Steering Committees and Working GroupsApply PMI principles and methodology to manage the timelines, resources, scope and quality requirements;Use the clients Project Management lifecycle (including TMO artifact templates) to manage this project;Maintain project decision, issue and risk logs;Budget development, monitoring and reconciliation as requiredStatus reporting (budget, deliverables and timelines)Execute the following project deliverables: Education and Training Plan, Communication, Change Management, Pre-Go live Training, Go Live Plans, Project Closure DocumentsTrack project plans and deliverablesProvide updates to Leadership and work closely with working groups;Participate as a member of the project leadership teamProvide project management support through coaching and guiding the project teamCollaborate with other associated project teams as necessaryDevelop Benefits Evaluation framework, including key performance indicators to monitor achievement of target outcomes for primary direct stakeholdersImplement an effective knowledge management repository to share project learnings within Project team and across other teamsOther deliverables as necessary to deliver the projectRequirements:6+ years of experience as a Program Manager5+ years of recent experience in Healthcare with a particular focus on IT systems and operational support10+ years of experience managing projects to implement business systemsProponent shall possess strong English language oral and written communication skillsProponent shall possess strong English language oral and written communication skillsProponent shall possess strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skillsIt is an asset if the proponent possesses experience or knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Clinical Device Integration, Jira It is an asset if the candidate possesses a PMP certificationIf is an asset if the candidate possesses working knowledge of JiraIf you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
