Notre client est une entreprise agroalimentaire bien connue sur le marché québécois. L'usine est située dans la région de Laval. Elle recherche présentement un.e directeur.trice système qualité pour joindre leur belle équipe de qualité. Cette personne se reportera à la VP qualité. Le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de la gestion des programmes qualité etsécurité alimentaire de l’entreprise et collaborera au processus de développement des produits. Elle sera également chargée de diriger et encadrer une belle équipe de 6 personnes. Voici quelques tâches ent dans le rôle: Établir les standards qualité et s’assure que toutes les informations pertinentes soient disponibles aux différents intervenantsMettre à jour en continu le programme qualité et des documents contrôlésValider que les activités liées de contrôle qualité sont effectuées selon les procédures envigueurAssurer le lien entre l’entreprise et les autorités réglementaires et les organismes de certificationRépartir les tâches et l’assignation du personnel à l’intérieur de sonservice de manière à rencontrer les échéanciers fixés et les prioritésPréparer le budget d’opération pour son service Effectuer le suivi des dépenses vs le budget établi Proposer des améliorations aux processus, procédés, programmes en vigueurPlanifier et animer des rencontres individuelles ou en groupe avec les membres de son équipeEtc.
