Position title: Procurement Specialist - JuniorDuration: 6 monthsOffice location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2 days per week in office) GTA candidates onlyWorking hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)Pay Rate: $24.38/hr Role Mandate:This line of business is responsible for strategic sourcing of suppliers (onboarding, vetting), supplier risk management and transactional procurement (purchasing/buying).The selected candidate will be joining a team within Procurement that manages 3 functions: supplier risk management process support via Coupa Risk Assess (reactive activities), concierge/VIP end to end process services for Supplier Risk Management (proactive activities) and the contract management office (CMO) accountable for the end to end contract process leveraging a contract lifecycle management platform (Coupa CLMA). Role Responsibilities:Receiving and actioning requests from ServiceNow to make changes to process.Perform and complete system tasks as needed.Supplemental help to other team accountabilities as required. Must-Have Skills:MS Office knowledge (including Excel).Technical aptitude (comfort in working with applications and platforms and able to understand how they work).Desire to learn/fast learner.Completion of post-secondary education.
