Protrans Personnel Services, is currently looking for a Dispatcher.MUST HAVE DISPATCHING EXPERIENCEWhat's In It for You?Pay Rate: $21.22/hour.Hours of Work:21:30 - 08:00Scheduled for 7 Shifts every 2 weeks including working every second weekend (continental scheduling)Access to a 100% free Health Clinic for non-urgent primary care is available to all Protrans employees in the Greater Moncton AreaPaid Weekly on FridaysRequirementsMinimum of 6 months experience in Dispatching Required.Similar role, or applicable education equivalent is also an assist.Comfortable using multiple software programs to navigate and troubleshoot customer shipping scenarios.Ability to clearly & proficiently communicate (speak & comprehend) English.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day communication, via phone and handheld, with an assigned fleet of drivers to ensure proper load instructions are passed along and carried out.Line uploads to ensure the best time efficiency and load factor.Manage service concerns, as required, to limit exposure and minimize impact to the customer.Coordinate maintenance to city tractors and trailers.Assist other dispatch staff as required during spikes in workload.Assist other dispatch staff as required by preparing and analyzing various reports as required.Midland Transportation: Working with an award-winning transportation company with a high energy, deadline driven focused Dispatch Team.
