We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of drywall projects based on blueprints, drawings, and specifications. The Drywall Estimator will work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work for each project.Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for drywall materials, labor, and equipment.Use estimating software such as PlanSwift or Plexxis to create and manage estimates.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other industry professionals.Analyze project costs and provide recommendations to improve cost-effectiveness.Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for potential projects.Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and identify any deviations from the original estimate.Communicate effectively with the project management team to ensure that projects are completed according to plan.Qualifications:Bachelor's /College degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).3+ years of experience in drywall estimating for High Rise Residential sitesProficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings.Strong knowledge of drywall materials, methods, and installation techniques.Experience using estimating software such as PlanSwift or Plexxis.Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Please send your resumes to : Jakob@cqsearch.com
