Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve inventory and quality issues.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM preferred.5+ years of experience in inventory control and quality assurance roles, with a strong background in managing inventory systems and quality assurance processes.Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret inventory and quality data to make informed decisions.Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and leading a team.In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, with a proactive approach to optimizing processes and maintaining high standards in inventory and quality management.SHEIN is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment.
