HireShire is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily human resources operations within the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and compliance while contributing to a positive and professional employee experience.
This role is ideal for HR professionals looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes , including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures .
Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Business Administration, Psychology , or a related field.
~1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or talent acquisition (internship experience considered).
~ Basic understanding of Canadian labour laws and HR compliance .
~ Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace ; familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools is a plus.
~ Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Exposure to employee relations and performance management processes.
