Le Directeur Architecture Applicative sera responsable de maximiser l’évolution des projets applicatifs afin de veiller au succès du plan stratégique TI de l’organisation en pleine transformation technologique (budget approuvé à plus de 200M$).PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT• Mobiliser, coacher et diriger une équipe de 6 Architectes d’Entreprise• Réaliser la gestion des actifs applicatifs et de leur désuétude• Assurer l’alignement technologique et l’optimalité de l’architecture applicative• Concevoir et maintenir à jour l’architecture des systèmes, des applications et de l’infonuagique• Apporter une vision 360 des projets applicatifs en cours et à venir• Participer aux décisions d’affaires, juridiques et budgétaires reliées au TI• Travailler en collaboration avec une équipe de 25 autres professionnels en TIPROFIL• 10+ années d’expérience en TI, dont en tant direction d’architecture applicative• Expérience professionnelle en gestion d’équipe• Maîtrise des 5 modèles de l’Architecture TI• Expérience dans les volets applicatifs et d’infrastructure TI• Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et bon leadership• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)______________The Software Architecture Director will be responsible for maximizing the evolution of application projects in order to ensure the success of the organization's IT strategic plan in the midst of technological transformation (budget approved at more than $200M).MORE PRECISELY• Mobilize, coach, and lead a team of 6 Enterprise Architects• Manage application assets and their obsolescence• Ensure technological alignment and optimality of the application architecture• Design and maintain the architecture of systems, applications, and cloud computing• Provide a 360 vision of current and future application projects• Participate in business, legal, and budgetary decisions related to IT• Work in collaboration with a team of 25 other IT professionalsPROFILE• 10+ years of experience in IT, including as application architecture director• Professional experience in team management• Mastery of the 5 IT Architecture models• Experience in application and IT infrastructure aspects• Excellent interpersonal skills and good leadership• BAC in computer science or equivalent• Bilingualism required (French and English)______________
