The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and manufacturing equipment; maintaining and repairing pneumatic and PLC controlled equipment and components; maintaining a safe and clean work environment by complying with all company policies and procedures, safety rules, and chemical regulations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong technical background as a millwright repairing pumps, conveyor belts, machines controlled by PLCs and doing preventive maintenance on production lines.

You have a minimum of 3 years experience handling troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of material handling and packaging equipment and machines.
You have extensive mechanical knowledge of machines controlled by robotic systems.
You have experience working on machines with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
You have some welding experience.
You follow all safety procedures and guidelines for maintenance and repair work
You can sit and kneel for extended periods, and you can also work outside during repairs and for preventive maintenance requirements.
You can operate a forklift.
You can lift and carry heavy equipment and parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and programmable logic control systems and modify, repair, or replace parts of machinery as required to maintain production capacity
Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions, and modify, repair, or replace parts of machinery to maintain production uptime
Troubleshooting/repairing/installation of processing equipment with a working knowledge of electrical to allow efficient repair and maintenance of equipment
Clean, inspect, and lubricate machine parts as needed and determine future maintenance requirements/needs
Assist with project and shutdown scheduling
