The Delivery Manager position at Pative plays a crucial role in overseeing projects being delivered by direct reports and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders. As a liaison between the project team and clients, this role uncovers business requirements, technical strategies, and creates solutions that address client needs.

This leadership position involves managing up to 8 consultants, ensuring adherence to Plative delivery structure and project management methodology. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients on an ongoing basis to maintain business relationships and ensure projects stay within set time frames;
  • Actively managing stakeholder expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projects;
  • Mitigating project risks and serving as the escalation point for internal and external teams;
  • Reviewing and advising on project changes to budget, scope, milestones, and release dates;
  • Triage opportunity support requests from Sales and negotiating with CPs, Team Leads, and others to support pre-sales activity;
  • Participating in sessions with NetSuite clients and other team members to understand business requirements and business process analysis;
  • Managing and facilitating project delivery and building components as necessary;
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients;
  • Developing and contributing to data migration and/or system integration strategy;
  • Delivering strategic business reviews to educate clients on key platform trends and considerations;
  • Communicating reports regarding project status, risk management, and escalation of issues;
  • Being a client advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client partnership endures;
  • Collaborating with the Central PMO function to assign team members to projects while balancing client/project needs, utilization, and individual needs;
  • Conducting formal career conversations and reviews with direct reports and providing mentorship, wellness check-ins, and conflict resolutions;
  • Involvement in refining processes, procedures, and strategic initiatives across the delivery organization;
  • Ensuring adherence to Plative process and procedures across delivery pods - utilization, forecasts, and time-entry;
  • Providing weekly updates on project and team members to the director of delivery;

This position involves minimal travel and occasional presence at clients' sites.
