Requirements:

  • Communication and collaboration skills, good at critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience successfully implementing and coaching teams to adopt Agile ways of working.
  • Expert and experienced Agile Project & Program delivery skills and competencies
  • Certified in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe etc)
  • Experience operating in DevOps model and product centric approach
  • Strong governance experience with global programs, particularly in regards to decision rights and authority levels in a matrix organization
  • Strength and curiosity in using data to drive improvements
