This role demands strategic insight, leadershipskills, and a thorough understanding of digital marketing dynamics to enhance online visibility,engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate is highly organized,adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and skilled in collaborating with diverseteams to achieve marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities:Multi-Channel Marketing Coordination: Oversee the strategy and execution of digitalmarketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency with the company'sgoals and brand image. Coordinate efforts between PPC, SEO, email marketing, andsocial media teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.Strategic Project Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of digital marketing projects fromconception through execution, monitoring timelines, and adjusting strategies asnecessary to meet objectives.Analytics and Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools to trackcampaign performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions to optimizestrategies and maximize ROI.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for digital marketingteams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuousimprovement.Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendorsand stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned with the project's goals andtimelinesQualifications and Skills:Proven experience in managing digital marketing projects with a comprehensiveunderstanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.Strong project management skills, with experience in leading and coordinatingmulti-disciplinary teams.Excellent analytical abilities, proficient in using digital analytics tools (e.g., GoogleAnalytics, SEMrush) to inform marketing decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaboratingwith both internal teams and external partners.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvementwithin the digital marketing space.Experience with Agile project management methodologies is preferred.
