Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Project Manager is a crucial member of the Bloomex marketing team,
responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing projects across PPC, SEO, Email, and
Social Media channels for our family of websites. This role demands strategic insight, leadership
skills, and a thorough understanding of digital marketing dynamics to enhance online visibility,
engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and skilled in collaborating with diverse
teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Marketing Coordination: Oversee the strategy and execution of digital
marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency with the company's
goals and brand image. Coordinate efforts between PPC, SEO, email marketing, and
social media teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Strategic Project Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of digital marketing projects from
conception through execution, monitoring timelines, and adjusting strategies as
necessary to meet objectives.
- Analytics and Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track
campaign performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions to optimize
strategies and maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for digital marketing
teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous
improvement.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors
and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned with the project's goals and
timelines
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing projects with a comprehensive
understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading and coordinating
multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities, proficient in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, SEMrush) to inform marketing decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating
with both internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
within the digital marketing space.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies is preferred.
