Aversan Inc. ( is a reputable engineering company providing expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development, and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries, including Aerospace, Digital Health, Medical Devices, Nuclear, and IT. We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter (360 Recruiter) or a Recruiter Desk Specialist to work remotely in support of Aversan's Staff Augmentation Line of Business. The candidate must be based in Montreal and be bilingual in French and English.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific staffing needs for various engineering projects and work packages.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for engineering roles, both for internal teams and client-facing projects.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and on boarding.Identify new business opportunities within existing Accounts.Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract diverse talent pools and stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.Communicate effectively with engineering managers across key accounts. Travel within the Montreal area as needed for recruitment events, client meetings, or candidate interviews.Requirements:Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the engineering sector or Engineering background would be a plus.Must be located in Montreal Quebec Must be bilingual French and English
