Welcome to Mezza Lebanese Kitchen, one of the largest and fastest-growing Lebanese restaurant chains in Canada. With over twenty thriving locations in Atlantic Canada, expansion to Western Canada, and a presence in Dubai, UAE, Mezza Lebanese Kitchen is on the cusp of an exponential growth.As we continue to expand, we are seeking a National Marketing Director to help us build brand awareness and drive growth in new and existing markets.The National Marketing Director will lead all marketing and advertising initiatives for Mezza Lebanese Kitchen across the nation. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, increase brand awareness, and support the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant or hospitality marketing and a passion for Lebanese cuisine and culture.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive national marketing plans, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels, to achieve company goals and drive brand growth.Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Mezza Lebanese Kitchen brand identity and reputation through consistent messaging and creative campaigns.Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns, online advertising, and website content.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotions and campaigns that drive customer engagement and increase sales, working closely with the operations team.Event Management: Plan and execute events, such as openings of new locations, community events, and promotions, to drive customer loyalty and brand recognition.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations, culinary, and finance teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, including allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.Leadership: Work with external vendors, stakeholders, franchisees, and agencies for marketing, advertising, and design projects as needed.Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers to increase press coverage and visibility for the brand.Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance and provide regular reports to the executive team with insights and recommendations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the restaurant or hospitality industry.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies that drive growth.Strong digital marketing experience, including social media management and online advertising.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Proactive, innovative, and creative mindset.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for Lebanese cuisine and culture is a plus.What We Offer:Opportunity to play a key role in the growth and expansion of a dynamic and fast-growing brand.Collaborative work environment with a supportive team and a passion for excellence.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and the restaurant industry, we invite you to apply for the National Marketing Director position at Mezza Lebanese Kitchen.
