Our talented team of multi-disciplinary creators, marketers and strategists have one thing in common: the desire to bring our products to all users who want to broaden the limits to their imagination.We are seeking a proactive, reliable, responsible Executive Director of Business Unit to join our Wondershare family As executive director of business unit, you will be responsible for company-wide activities at strategic, tactical and operational levels. You will be able to define the business unit vision, plan and execute strategy for the organization. Key Responsibilities:Establish business' goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, develop business plans and strategies.Manage the business overall development and ensure that general operations seamlessly as employees accomplish established goals.Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams.Create a positive company culture through strong, inspirational leadership, motivate and provide leadership to leaders and managers.Develop, execute and assess top business strategies that will propel business growth.Collaborate with other executives, managers, and employees to identify meaningful solutionsAdjust important procedures and policies by collaborating with HR and assessing current industry trends;Frequent communication across different geographic areasQualifications: Relevant Degree in business administration or equivalent experience in entrepreneurshipOver 10 years experiences as managing/executive director or in a senior managerial role in North America;Good knowledge of brand marketing, design, or product positioningProven success as a senior director managing departmental teamsExcellent communication skills and leadership qualitiesAbility to work under pressureshort-term or long-term business trips may requiredMandarin skills is a plus Compensation Package:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceBonus incentive program, paid quarterlyComprehensive benefits after 3 months including extended health and dentalPersonal spending account + Health spending accountVacation: 15 daysPaid sick daysHalf day FridaysLots of growth opportunitiesDue to the high volume of applications, we receive, only those shortlisted will be contacted.
