Takes care of logistics and customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, supporting delivery personnel, handling complaints, all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner. Responsibilities also include answering the phone, and other clerical duties requested by the supervisor.
Route distribution and support to delivery drivers on the road (monitoring).
• Correct inventory errors and communicate daily with the client and the operations team to address various issues. Prepare, classify, and distribute billing papers for delivery partners and ensure accurate billing by checking invoices generated by the system.
• Control all documents associated with orders.
• Coordinate the implementation of a logistics plan to achieve delivery time and productivity objectives.
• Participate in the implementation of work procedures developed jointly with operations, transport, and customer service.
• Train staff, when necessary, on procedures, policies, and special projects.
• Related logistics experience would be an asset.
