Reporting to the Operations and Supply Chain Manager, the Forecast Analyst will play a crucial role in sales analysis, demand forecasting, and inventory planning. The successful candidate will utilize data to support better and faster decision-making across the organization. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure forecasts are aligned with the company’s business objectives and market trends.

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and key business drivers to develop accurate and actionable forecasts.
Adjust forecasts based on market changes, product launches, promotions, and supply chain constraints.
Provide data-driven support to inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand.
Assist in budgeting and long-term planning processes by providing relevant forecast data.
Develop and maintain reports that offer key stakeholders insights into performance dynamics, identify gaps, and support decision-making.
Perform analysis and modeling of warehouse and logistics costs to optimize operational efficiency.
Gather and process data from external overseas suppliers for the company’s stewardship and sustainability programs.
Understand the business and products, support Sales & Operations team for planning of all major accounts.

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make data-driven recommendations.
~ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to various stakeholders.
~ Knowledge of stewardship and sustainability programs is an asset.
~ Familiarity with inventory planning for utility programs is an advantage.
~ Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query, Data Model, and Macros).
~ Strong knowledge of programming languages and data analysis tools (e.SQL, Power BI).
