With a commitment to excellence and a focus on building lasting relationships.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and energetic Internal Wholesaler to join our growing team. In this role, the successful candidate will support the development of EquityLine's product offerings and sales, marketing and customer service strategies for Investment Professionals. This would be a great opportunity for individuals looking to get their start in capital markets. What You Will Do:Perform pro-active call and sales campaigns to promote EquityLine's product offerings to existing and potential clientsGenerating referrals for your respective wholesalersCompleting daily outbound phone calls to generate leads and build relationships from a defined target segment of Investment ProfessionalsDeveloping and maintaining an understanding of various industries and financial products (Equities, Mutual Funds, ETFs, IPOs, Structured Products)Perform account management and customer service duties for established clientsRespond to inquiries on products, fund management strategies, portfolio manager philosophies/processes/styles and industry trendsDevelop sales campaigns and materials and assist in the delivery of sales presentations Assist in responses to due diligence questionnairesPerform (monthly, quarterly, etc.) territorial sales and asset reportingCollect client and competitor information from Internet and other sourcesCollaborating with your team to develop innovative strategies for your clientsAssist in administrative functions as required What You Will Bring:Post-secondary educationPrevious business development or sales experience is an assetFinancial services designations are an asset (e.g. CSC, CFP, CIM, CFA)Minimum 2 years financial services industry experienceRequires sound knowledge of securities, mutual fund products, and investment industryExcellent PC skills – esp.
