We are currently recruiting for Sales Associates to join our retail team at our Lindt Chocolate Shop at Vancouver Exchange Tower, Vancouver .Key responsibilities:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceAssess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product featuresWelcome customers to the store and answer their questions.Go the extra "mile" to drive salesActively seek out customers in storeRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsCross-sell products handle returns of merchandise build trusted relationships with customersComply with inventory control procedures and visual merchandising standardsAct as a brand ambassador for our productsAct as a team member to achieve sales targets and goalsSupport with cash handling and inventory duties including restock of productsAssist with corporate giftingOther duties as assignedQualifications:Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar roleBasic understanding of customer service practices and sales principlesTrack record of achieving sales targetsHands-on experience with POS transactionsFamiliarity with inventory proceduresSolid communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focusAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely mannerAvailability to work flexible shiftsHigh school diplomaA passion for chocolateWe thank all those who have applied, however only the selected candidates will be contacted.
