We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Analyst to join our software development team. This role involves collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure that our Angular and Java-based SaaS application meets and exceeds the rigorous standards our customers expect.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
• Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution.
• Partner with software developers to use test specifications to design adequate test scripts.
• Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and those standards specific to our SaaS applications.
• Attend design meetings, provide feedback and collaborate with teammates to refine processes.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Basic knowledge of Angular and Java environments.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
