You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.Responsibilities:Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlogDevelop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teamsAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategyMitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goalsLead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalitiesServe as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questionsBuild a product pricing strategy with the revenue teams and other stakeholdersBuild a GTM strategy for the product in alignment with sales and marketingContribute to product documentation, demo environments, and other enabling materialResponsible for the overall quality of the delivered productsManage the entire cycle from conceptualization to deployment of product lifecycleProvide support to existing customers on the product needsBuild a product roadmap for the productsResponsible for gathering requirements from the clientsAbout you:Five or more years of experience in product development, product management and/or business analysis, especially in Finance, Banking or Credit Union industriesIn-depth knowledge of agile methodology for product developmentExperience in customer experience/CRM implementationExperience with products sold through a marketplaceUnderstanding of business value related to features and functionsOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholdersBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related disciplineProficiency with applicable product management tools and technologyWho are we?Since 2001, Solutions Metrix has been implementing CRM in companies of all sizes and industries, whether they are in Montreal, Quebec, or elsewhere in Canada or in North America.
