Le coordonnateur de la production des kits est responsable de la production et de l'affichage des kits de l'exposant pour toutes nos divisions canadiennes dans notre programme de commande en ligne. En tant que membre de notre équipe de soutien central, cette personne effectuera aussi des tâches administratives, du service à la clientèle et des fonctions de vente pour soutenir les clients internes et externes.

 

Le candidat idéal est une personne autonome qui est déterminée à obtenir des résultats. Il doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de suivi, ainsi qu'un grand sens du détail. Ce poste exige une personne très motivée qui comprend la véritable signification du travail d'équipe et qui se développe dans un environnement où les priorités changent, où les projets sont multiples et où les délais sont serrés.  


Responsabilités :


  • Reçoit les formulaires de demande de kit pour commencer la production complète de kits
  • Développe et produit des formulaires de kit personnalisés sur demande
  • Publie tous les kits canadiens dans Expresso
  • Révise et met à jour les formulaires de kit existants selon les exigences du salon
  • Coordonne et exécute la stratégie marketing/communication avec les exposants
  • Aide dans le domaine de la saisie des commandes, de la facturation, du traitement des paiements et de la résolution des problèmes sur le site du salon
  • Aider les exposants avec les commandes en ligne
  • Autres tâches assignées



Qualifications :

  • Diplôme d'études supérieures ou diplôme universitaire, mais pas obligatoirement
  • Solide expérience en informatique, connaissance de MS Office
  • Doit être bilingue tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit anglais et français
  • Très bien organisé, capable de prioriser de gros volumes de demandes
  • Compétences analytiques solides
  • L'expérience en conception de sites web (codage HTML) et le service à la clientèle sont des atouts
  • Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle requises pour fournir un service de première classe en face à face et résoudre les problèmes sur le site de l'exposition
  • Appréciation générale de la comptabilité et de la finance
  • Doit être disponible pour travailler à des heures flexibles, en soirée, en heures supplémentaires, les fins de semaine et pour de longues périodes sur le site de l'événement si nécessaire
  • Capacité de se déplacer vers divers centres de congrès et éventuellement à travers le Canada si nécessaire

KIT Production Coordinator


Job Overview

The Kit Production Coordinator is responsible for producing and posting Exhibitor kits for all of our Canadian Branches in our online ordering program. As a part of our Central Support Team, this individual will also perform a range of administrative, customer service and sales functions to support both internal and external clients.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is results driven. This person must possess excellent communication and follow-through skills, with strong attention to detail. This role requires a highly motivated individual who understands the true meaning of teamwork and thrives in an environment of shifting priorities and multiple projects and tight deadlines.  


Key responsibilities:


·        Receives Kit Request forms to begin full kit production

·        Develops and produces custom kit forms upon request

·        Post all Canadian kits into Expresso

·        Revises and updates existing kit forms as per show requirements

·        Coordinate and execute marketing/communication strategy with exhibitors

·        Assists in the area of order entry, invoicing, payment processing, and problem solving at show site

·        Assist Exhibitors with online ordering

·        Other duties as assigned


Qualifications :

·        College Diploma or University Degree preferred but not mandatory

·        Solid computer experience, MS Office savvy

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

·        Highly organized, able to prioritize high volumes of requests

·        Strong analytical skill set

·        Experience in web design (HTML Coding) and customer service is an asset

·        Strong customer service skills to provide first class face-to-face service and problem resolution at show site

·        General appreciation of accounting/finance

·        Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends and for extended periods at show site if needed

·        The ability to travel to various Convention Facilities and potentially throughout Canada if required
