Our client is a Childcare Franchisee.About the RoleThe Enrollment Specialist is responsible for driving enrollment growth across our GTA childcare centers by increasing inquiries, improving conversion rates, and delivering an exceptional family experience. This role blends sales, customer service, community engagement, and market intelligence to ensure each school maintains strong and sustainable enrollment levels. The ideal candidate understands the GTA childcare landscape and uses data‑driven insights—including competitor analysis—to position our programs as the top choice for families.Key ResponsibilitiesEnrollment Growth & ConversionManage the full enrollment pipeline—from inquiry to tour to registration—for multiple Toronto locationsAchieve monthly and annual enrollment targets through optimized lead follow‑up, tour execution, and conversion strategiesTrack and analyze enrollment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesReduce waitlist drop‑off and increase confirmed registrations through proactive communicationFamily Engagement & Customer ExperienceServe as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing warm, timely, and informative communicationConduct high‑impact tours that highlight program strengths, curriculum, safety, and the school’s unique valueGuide families through the enrollment process, including documentation, subsidy information, and onboardingMaintain a deep understanding of parent expectations in the Toronto marketCompetitor & Market AnalysisConduct ongoing competitor research across Toronto, including pricing, program offerings, hours of operation, promotions, and waitlist trendsMonitor new childcare center openings, closures, and market shifts in key neighborhoodsProvide insights to leadership on competitive positioning and opportunities to differentiateCollaborate with marketing to adjust messaging, campaigns, and tour scripts based on competitive intelligenceIdentify underserved neighborhoods or demographic segments to support targeted enrollment strategiesMarketing & Community OutreachPartner with marketing teams to execute local campaigns, open houses, and community eventsBuild relationships with parent groups, local organizations, and community partners to increase brand visibilitySupport digital marketing efforts by providing content, testimonials, and insights from parent interactionsTrack the effectiveness of local marketing activities and recommend improvementsCollaboration With School LeadershipWork closely with Centre Directors to understand capacity, staffing, and program availabilityProvide weekly enrollment forecasts and insights to leadershipEnsure smooth handoff from enrollment to onboarding so families feel supported from day oneSupport new school openings with pre‑launch enrollment campaignsAdministrative & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate records of leads, tours, and enrollments in the CRM systemPrepare weekly and monthly enrollment reportsEnsure compliance with internal policies and provincial childcare regulations related to enrollment documentationQualifications2–4+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, or customer service in childcare, education, or family‑focused servicesStrong understanding of the Toronto childcare market, including parent expectations, subsidy programs, and competitive dynamicsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or enrollment targetsExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skillsAbility to manage multiple locations and prioritize effectivelyProficiency with CRM systems and enrollment tracking toolsAvailability to support occasional evening/weekend eventsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and make employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, age, or any other status protected by law.
