Our client is a Childcare Franchisee. About the Role The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for driving enrollment growth across our GTA childcare centers by increasing inquiries, improving conversion rates, and delivering an exceptional family experience. This role blends sales, customer service, community engagement, and market intelligence to ensure each school maintains strong and sustainable enrollment levels. The ideal candidate understands the GTA childcare landscape and uses data‐driven insights—including competitor analysis—to position our programs as the top choice for families. Key Responsibilities Enrollment Growth & Conversion Manage the full enrollment pipeline—from inquiry to tour to registration—for multiple Toronto locations Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets through optimized lead follow‐up, tour execution, and conversion strategies Track and analyze enrollment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities Reduce waitlist drop‐off and increase confirmed registrations through proactive communication Family Engagement & Customer Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing warm, timely, and informative communication Conduct high‐impact tours that highlight program strengths, curriculum, safety, and the school's unique value Guide families through the enrollment process, including documentation, subsidy information, and onboarding Maintain a deep understanding of parent expectations in the Toronto market Competitor & Market Analysis Conduct ongoing competitor research across Toronto, including pricing, program offerings, hours of operation, promotions, and waitlist trends Monitor new childcare center openings, closures, and market shifts in key neighborhoods Provide insights to leadership on competitive positioning and opportunities to differentiate Collaborate with marketing to adjust messaging, campaigns, and tour scripts based on competitive intelligence Identify underserved neighborhoods or demographic segments to support targeted enrollment strategies Marketing & Community Outreach Partner with marketing teams to execute local campaigns, open houses, and community events Build relationships with parent groups, local organizations, and community partners to increase brand visibility Support digital marketing efforts by providing content, testimonials, and insights from parent interactions Track the effectiveness of local marketing activities and recommend improvements Collaboration With School Leadership Work closely with Centre Directors to understand capacity, staffing, and program availability Provide weekly enrollment forecasts and insights to leadership Ensure smooth handoff from enrollment to onboarding so families feel supported from day one Support new school openings with pre‐launch enrollment campaigns Administrative & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, and enrollments in the CRM system Prepare weekly and monthly enrollment reports Ensure compliance with internal policies and provincial childcare regulations related to enrollment documentation Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, or customer service in childcare, education, or family‐focused services Strong understanding of the Toronto childcare market, including parent expectations, subsidy programs, and competitive dynamics Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or enrollment targets Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‐building skills Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize effectively Proficiency with CRM systems and enrollment tracking tools Availability to support occasional evening/weekend events Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and make employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, age, or any other status protected by law.
