Our client, a leading Manufacturing Company situated in the GTA, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to grow their dynamic Finance team. This role is a blend of Financial Reporting and FP&A duties.


The ideal candidate is a designated CPA from a reputable Public Accounting Firm, eager to transition into Industry or from another Manufacturing firm. The compensation is very competitive, with comprehensive benefits, and ample opportunities for career advancement within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements and in-depth analysis
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS standards
  • Oversight of the general ledger and all adjustments
  • Quarter/Year end closing procedures
  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting
  • Work with external auditors
  • Present to senior management


Requirements:

  • Accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in public accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within finance and/or accounting.
  • Profound expertise in IFRS, accounting policies, procedures, and budgeting methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
