You’ll provide Tier 2 support for identity and access management (OKTA, Active Directory), triage alerts and incidents from EDR, SIEM, and application control tools, and help maintain PKI certificates and secure password systems. Use your analytical skills to detect threats, perform malware analysis, and support software security reviews while documenting and improving operational workflows.Qualifications:CompTIA Security+ or CySA+ preferredExperience in Tier 2 SecOps, incident response, and alert triageFamiliarity with OKTA, Active Directory, ServiceNow, PKI, and Endpoint security toolsExperience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and operational workflows.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsIT security background - college diploma or university degree in cybersecurity, information security, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
