What’s the position?

Role Objectives:

  • Take full ownership of the development of key features and components throughout the game's lifecycle, overseeing both the design and implementation processes.
  • Work closely with art, design, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of complex features, meeting project goals and timelines.
  • Contribute to the development process by enhancing and maintaining high-quality code.
  • Take an active role in recruiting, mentoring, and supporting team members to help strengthen and grow the development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of high-quality game features in collaboration with the studio team
  • Establish efficient workflows for development, ensuring timely delivery
  • Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
  • Ensure applications and games perform optimally, with a strong focus on responsiveness and reliability
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain smooth gameplay.
  • Create and maintain thorough technical documentation for features, processes, and systems.


What are we looking for?

· Strong Unity, C# skills, and knowledge of programming principles

· 4+ years of professional experience as a Unity Developer, preferably with mobile development experience.

· Good collaboration and communication skills.

· Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and solve problems effectively.

· Experience with version control systems (such as Git).

· Experience working with client-server architectures in a game development context

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, or related field

· The ideal candidate should demonstrate high self-sufficiency and a proactive nature
