Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Property Manager (Mandarin/English) to join our team and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial property management, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and a proven ability to manage tenant relations, maintenance operations, and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractorsHandle lease administration, tenant onboarding, and renewalsCoordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutionsPrepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performanceOverseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machineryAnalyzing problems with properties and finding the best solution for the tenant and property ownerOverseeing daily administration of the propertyConduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained Oversee compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policiesTroubleshooting and responding to after-hours issues regarding the facility Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin, providing the weekly operational report. Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experienceFluent in Mandarin and English(spoken and written) Strong knowledge of property management best practices, lease terms, and maintenance protocols Experience working with property management software Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple properties and priorities effectivelyValid Condominium Management License or Commercial Property Management License is a strong asset.
