Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and client relationship management. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and drive the growth of CodeMasters Agency.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct effective prospecting to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist, web designer, and other team members to deliver customized digital solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business development strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web design, and SEO services.
  • 5 years' in business development, sales, or a related role within a digital agency or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Focused and goal-oriented
