MSSH Lawyers is looking for an experienced Law Clerk to help with our rapidly-growing practice MSSH Law Firm is a solicitor practice with offices in Kingsville and Harrow. We handle real estate, wills/estates, and corporate/commercial work.


We are looking for someone with experience in real estate and corporate/commercial work.


Qualifications

  • A post-secondary degree/certificate/diploma in a Legal Assistant/Law Clerk program is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Unity, Cosmolex, Appara, Teraview, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with incorporating companies, preparing annual minutes/resolutions, and navigating eCore and the OBR
  • Excellent written communication skills


Compensation

  • Hourly pay will range from $20 to $33 depending on experience
  • MSSH offers 2 weeks of paid vacation to start
  • MSSH also offers an additional 2 weeks paid shutdown over Christmas/New Years
