Position: Brand Ambassador

Reports to: Showroom Manager

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday - 37.5 hours per week. This role requires some flexibility, allowing for occasional attendance at events beyond standard showroom operating hours.

Location: Maroline Showroom located at 1011 Rue Wellington, Montréal, QC H3C 1V3


Maroline is in search of a dynamic and ambitious sales professional with a passion for premium appliances to join our team as a Brand Ambassadors for our premium appliance brands, including Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing these exceptional Appliances and delivering best in class consultations to our valued clients. AS A BRAND AMBASSADOR, YOU WILL:

  • Welcome and offer private consultations to customers on building their dream kitchen
  • Educate customers and industry sales representatives as well as trade on our remarkable brands and products
  • Unleash your charm and host culinary events at our experience center
  • Play an active part in the orchestration and facilitation of diverse showroom and off-site events, including cooking demos, trainings, and promotions
  • Embrace the challenge and reap the benefits by overachieving objectives
  • Develop network connections and meet some of the brightest minds in the design industry


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with high-end or luxury products (hospitality, or luxury retail experience is an asset)
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a CRM, an asset

Horaire : Mardi au samedi, 37,5 heures par semaine. Ce poste nécessite une certaine flexibilité, permettant une présence occasionnelle à des événements au-delà des heures d'ouverture habituelles du showroom.

En tant qu'Ambassadeur de Marque, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en représentant ces appareils exceptionnels et en offrant des consultations de premier ordre à nos clients précieux. CE DONT VOUS AUREZ BESOIN POUR RÉUSSIR DANS CE POSTE

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en vente, de préférence avec des produits haut de gamme ou de luxe (une expérience dans l'hôtellerie ou le commerce de luxe est un atout)
  • Une flexibilité dans les horaires de travail, y compris les soirées et les week-ends
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et attitude de joueur d'équipe collaboratif
  • Fortes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à prioriser efficacement
  • À l'aise dans un environnement de travail rapide
  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et Outlook
  • Familiarité avec Salesforce ou un CRM est un atout
