Responsibilities:

  • Lead Estimation Excellence: Take the reins on estimating drywall projects of all shapes and sizes, from captivating residential spaces to cutting-edge commercial complexes and industrial marvels.
  • Craft Winning Bids: Show off your expertise by meticulously crafting detailed and competitive bids that stand out in the market. Your calculations will incorporate everything from materials and labor to equipment, subcontractor costs, and overhead expenses.
  • Forge Lasting Connections: Become the face of our client's company as you build and nurture relationships with potential clients. Whether it's through in-person meetings, engaging phone calls, or savvy social media networking, you'll be the driving force behind our client's expanding clientele.
  • Strategic Project Analysis: Dive deep into project plans, specifications, and other documents to uncover hidden gems and mitigate risks. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every opportunity is maximized for success.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Team up with vendors and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing and ensure timely submission of quotes. Your collaborative spirit will be instrumental in fostering strong partnerships that fuel our client's growth.
  • Budget Mastery: Take ownership of cost budgets for projects, tracking expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Your strategic financial management will keep our client on track for success.
  • Synchronization with Stakeholders: Work hand-in-hand with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Your effective communication skills will keep everyone aligned and focused on achieving excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Seasoned Construction Estimator: 5+ years in drywall and steel stud estimating with a track record of project wins.
  • Experience in high rise, commercial and residential projects.
  • Division 9 Expertise: Deep knowledge in Division 9 finishes.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Estimating software for efficient and accurate processes.
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong mathematical skills for strategic planning.
  • Effective Communicator: Impressive negotiation and communication skills.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with local building codes ensures adherence to regulations.
