Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tlion Fashion. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, maintaining the aesthetic and visual standards of the store, and driving sales through product knowledge and enthusiasm for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide fashion advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales: Drive sales by actively promoting merchandise, offering suggestions, and informing customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store events.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, store merchandise, and product details. Use this knowledge to assist customers and suggest items that complement their style.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual standards of the store, including display setups, product organization, and cleanliness. Ensure that the store is always well-presented and inviting.
- Inventory Management: Help with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and organization of merchandise in the stockroom. Ensure all items are properly tagged and priced.
- Cashiering: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle returns and exchanges, and balance the cash register at the end of your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management and fellow associates to achieve store goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
