Alli Therapy is an online therapy clinic, devoted to providing accessible therapy in most provinces. With therapy starting at just $45 per session, affordability and quality are at the center of what we do. Alli is focused on creating impactful practicum experiences for new therapists, and we hire full-time supervisors and therapists to make this happen.


What you will do:

  • Provide clinical supervision to our practicum psychotherapists, offering individual, dyadic, and group supervision sessions
  • Monitor, assess, and assist with the practicum psychotherapists' clinical skills
  • Inspire and empower your supervisees through personalized guidance and support, including treatment planning and therapeutic techniques
  • Collaborate with our clinical team, fostering a comprehensive and integrated approach to care for Alli clients
  • Create educational materials that empower and train the therapists of tomorrow


Flexible Work Hours with Structured Shift Commitments – Our position is fully remote with some flexibility tailored to balance professional responsibilities with personal needs. However, it's important to note specific scheduling commitments:


Office hours (Evening): You will be required to be available for “office hours” 1-2 times per week from the hours of 5pm to 9pm EST


Weekend Rotation: Once every six or so weeks, you will have a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-3pm EST) and will have the Monday before and Friday after off in lieu

During these office hours and weekend rotations, you will be expected to carry out your regular responsibilities and be available to other residents and intermediates who may need emergency assistance.


Who you are:

  • Live in Canada
  • Experience with underrepresented groups an asset
  • Master's degree in psychotherapy or counselling and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a registered psychotherapist with the CRPO (no exceptions)
  • Active licensure with the CRPO for five years, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and ethical practice (Bonus if you are registered with other colleges in Canada)
  • Comfortable working with various modalities
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in a clinical supervisor role an asset
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating others while maintaining composure in demanding situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and the ability to adapt to diverse environments
  • Proven ability to think critically, analyze complex situations, and make informed decisions with confidence
  • Demonstrated resilience and stress management abilities, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure scenarios
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, driven to continuously learn and grow in the field of psychotherapy
