We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Compensation Coordinator to support our Payroll and Benefits Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all payroll functions, including calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring that changes to employee information are correctly and promptly reflected in ADP Workforce Now HRIS.

Additionally, the Compensation Coordinator will review and confirm timesheets, provide weekly reports to the Finance team, and work closely with the Benefits Coordinator.

Required skills include proficiency in using payroll management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and US Payroll.
