Principales responsabilités :


  • Fournir des services d'assistance technique de manière courtoise et réactive.
  • Accomplir diverses tâches et responsabilités, y compris les déménagements, la reprise après sinistre, le rafraîchissement des actifs, l'installation, la désinstallation, le réimage, l'évaluation et les tests, répondre aux questions sur le matériel et les logiciels.
  • Dépanner, corriger et/ou résoudre les problèmes des clients conformément à la demande de ticket de service.
  • Démontrer en permanence des compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de service à la clientèle.
  • Exécuter les activités d'imagerie et de rénovation requises pour ce projet.
  • Réparation des appareils si nécessaire au cours du processus de remise à neuf
  • Échange standard/rafraîchissement des actifs, image des actifs existants, programmation des utilisateurs, expédition/réception des équipements, autres responsabilités standard de l'analyste technique.


Qualifications :


  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle
  • Permis de conduire et accès à un véhicule
  • Nous recherchons des ressources bilingues. (français et anglais)
  • Expérience de travail avec des ordinateurs portables et les deux systèmes d'exploitation Windows 10.
  • Les certifications CompTIA A+ et Windows 10 sont fortement souhaitées.
  • Diplôme d'associé ou formation technique ou combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience

Role: Deskside Technician

Located in Montreal, QC - in-person

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

5-month contract to start (with potential for extension)


Key Responsibilities :


  • Deliver technical support services in a courteous and responsive manner.
  • Complete various tasks and responsibilities, including moves, disaster recovery, asset refresh, install, de-install, re-image, evaluation, and testing, answer/respond to questions about hardware/software.
  • Troubleshoot, fix and/or resolve clients’ issues per service ticket request.
  • Consistently demonstrate interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Execute the imaging & refurbishment activities required for this project.
  • Device repair as required during the refurbishment process
  • Standard swapping/refresh of asset, image of existing assets, scheduling users, shipping/receiving of equipment, additional standard Technical Analyst responsibilities.


Qualifications:


  • 1 - 2 years of work-related experience
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • We are looking for Bilingual resources. (French & English)
  • Experience working with laptops and both Windows 10 operating systems.
  • CompTIA A+ and Windows 10 certification highly preferred
  • Associate degree or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
