Vos principales responsabilités


Notre équipe de Services Professionnels Infonuagiques est composée d'Ingénieurs Seniors / Architectes Infonuagiques (cloud) avec une longue expérience des migrations vers l’informatique en nuage et avec un bon bagage en infrastructure, réseau et automatisation, sécurité, VMWare et Kubernetes, entre autres.


La personne jouera un rôle critique dans l'équipe pour simplifier la vie de nos clients lors de leur migration vers OVHcloud, et pour favoriser l'adoption de nos services.


• Animer les ateliers techniques, conseiller/assister à la mise en œuvre en cas de besoin.

• Aider les clients à migrer vers OVHcloud, définir les stratégies et les étapes techniques de la migration.

• Gérer des projets à court ou long terme de migrations, de mises à jour, d'audits d'infrastructure.

• Assurer la formation technique des partenaires et des clients sur les offres d'OVHcloud.

• Analyser les besoins des clients et fournir une estimation de la charge de travail et une description détaillée du projet.

• Gérer les problèmes complexes des clients, qui peuvent être liés à la virtualisation, au réseau, à la sécurité et à la répartition de charge, entres autres.

• S'assurer que les projets sont mis en œuvre conformément aux attentes du client, en gérant le plan de communication, les risques et les délais de livraison.

• Fortement impliqué dans le lancement de nouveaux produits : aider à définir les services professionnels attendus par nos partenaires et clients.

• Vous évoluerez au sein de l’équipe de Services Professionnels Infonuagiques.

• Vous participerez à la réussite des migrations infonuagiques en apportant un soutien à nos clients et partenaires et en fournissant une assistance consultative, architecturale et d'ingénierie pendant leur évolution infonuagique.


Et dans 6 mois vous aurez accompli


• Vous aurez acquis des connaissances significatives à travers plusieurs formations concernant nos produits et services.

• Vous commencerez à travailler sur vos premières missions, tout en étant accompagné par vos collègues.


Compétences requises


• Formation en ingénierie complétée avec au moins 4 années d’expérience significative dans le support et les projets clients : architecture, migrations, centre de données.

• Compétences en matière de dépannage et expérience dans l'exploitation de grandes infrastructures infonuagiques hautement disponibles

• Expérience dans un rôle de contact avec la clientèle dans un environnement infonuagique

• Expérience pratique de la virtualisation, du calcul, du stockage, de la mise en réseau, de la répartition de charge et de la sécurité (y compris pare-feu, VPN).

• Expérience dans l'un de ces 2 domaines : Pile technologique de VMware et/ou Cloud public, Kubernetes.

• Expérience IaC en automatisation, « scripting » avec soit Python, Terraform ou Ansible.

• Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, écrit et parlé, pour participer à des projets dans un environnement international
