About the Role:


As the Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to navigate the intricate technical aspects of our projects. Your expertise will ensure that our designs not only meet but exceed industry standards and compliance requirements. You will be at the forefront of driving technical innovation, leveraging emerging technologies and trends to create spaces that are both functional and aesthetically impressive.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Must possess a valid Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate interior design, with a strong focus on the technical aspects of projects.
  • Exceptional knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design and construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
