Key responsibilities:
- Design and oversee systems, data, and processes for the product catalog, CRM, and e-commerce experience.
- Define product data models and design patterns.
- Act as the steward of the master product data model within the product domain.
- Lead workshops and assess the current state, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate the impact of product onboarding on sales, churn rate, and customer renewal.
- Develop a product governance model to streamline decision-making and prevent redundancy.
- Optimize the onboarding process and reduce reliance on excessive customizations.
- Create a plan to handle major sales events without disrupting the product catalog.
- Foster collaboration between IT, engineering, and business teams.
- Support software and data delivery platforms with reusable components for various business purposes.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, media and telecom product modeling expertise with proficiency in integrating products, pricing, promotions and discounts
- 5-7 years of experience in IT technology, operations and strategy
- Familiar with AI and ML architecture and technologies
- Advanced knowledge of data models architecture, systems, and data
