Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Project LeaderTerm: 1 Year contract - Hybrid (3 days onsite)Job DescriptionA Senior Project Manager/Leader is required to support a multi-year modernization initiative for electronic health record (EHR) solutions. The role will focus on integrating clinical healthcare sites onto a provincial EHR platform, enabling improved data contribution, data consumption at point-of-care, and enhanced adoption support across the healthcare system.Must-Have Qualifications7–10 years of experience managing electronic health-related projectsHands-on experience deploying clinical software systemsStrong knowledge of clinical workflows and associated business processesAdvanced understanding of Project Management concepts (scope, risk, planning, quality, roles, etc.)Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder engagementStrong time-management abilities with experience handling tight deadlines and multiple prioritiesDemonstrated collaboration skills, including conflict resolution and cross-team coordinationKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end integration of clinical sites onto the EHR platformManage issues, risks, scope, and service change requests to ensure successful deploymentsEngage and manage relationships with clinical sites and stakeholdersGather business and technical requirements; maintain detailed project plans and schedulesIdentify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategiesCoordinate closely with internal technical and operational teamsDesired SkillsProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificationExperience with MS Project, MS Teams, and project management toolsKnowledge of EHR systems and other healthcare information systemsExperience in health system business implementation and deployment projectsStrong stakeholder relationship-building skillsKnowledge of privacy and health legislation (PHIPA, FIPPA, HPPA)Experience with change management, workflow redesign, and quality improvementExperience working with clinicians or clinical data environments
