Randstad Canada is hiring internally for a Sales Consultant (HYBRID) to join our winning Southeast Ontario Manufacturing & Logistics Team Candidates living in the SE area of the GTA will be considered as it is 2 days weekly in office with multiple offices in this area This is a full time – internal position with our company that includes both sales and recruiting requirements. Preferred Candidates will have Business to Business Sales Development experience which includes client facing meetings and presentations. Seeking candidates who are highly successful in sales prospecting and developing new business along with strong Account Management expertise. Candidates with Hospitality Sales Management that includes client facing sales experience will also be considered. Our Staffing Sales Consultants are responsible to sell our services by identifying prospects and developing client relationships. Our B2B sales focus includes making outbound cold calls, texts, emails, using social media and having on-site client meetings. Sourcing/interviewing and making the right Talent match is vital to the success of this role Lots of Hustle is required for this opportunity within a fast paced environment where you can thrive

Our total compensation includes a competitive base salary of $55K + bonus potential ($0-uncapped potential) = 1st year average $3K+ monthly for Hustlers We provide full benefits, generous PTO, and career growth pathways
