Responsibilities:

- Support the Investment Advisor in the day-to-day management of client portfolios, ensuring that they are in line with risk profiles and investment objectives.

- Execute market transactions according to client and advisor instructions, using a range of financial products such as equities, bonds, ETFs, and mutual funds.

- Manage communications with clients and external partners in a professional manner, including following up on telephone calls and e-mails.

- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, client presentations and meetings.

- Collaborate with administrative assistants in administrative tasks related to customer account management.

- Track and complete account transfers, and prepare documents such as investment policy statements and portfolio analyses.


Requirements:

- At least three years' professional experience in a similar position or relevant training in the financial field.

- Excellent oral and written French.

- In-depth knowledge of financial products and standards of conduct in Canadian securities trading.

- Strong communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Additional assets :

- Training in Canadian securities trading and/or Standards of Conduct Manual.

- Financial planner designation (IQPF) holder or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Responsabilités:

• Soutenir le conseiller ou la conseillère en placement dans la gestion quotidienne des portefeuilles clients, en veillant à leur adéquation avec les profils de risque et les objectifs d'investissement.

• Exécuter les transactions sur les marchés selon les instructions des clients et du conseiller ou de la conseillère, utilisant une gamme de produits financiers tels que les actions, obligations, ETFs, et fonds mutuels.

• Gérer les communications avec les clients et partenaires externes de manière professionnelle, incluant le suivi des appels téléphoniques et des courriels.

• Assister dans la préparation de documents financiers, des présentations clients et des réunions.

• Collaborer avec les adjoints ou adjointes administratifs(tives) dans les tâches administratives liées à la gestion des comptes clients.

• Suivre et compléter les transferts de comptes, et préparer des documents tels que les déclarations de politique de placement et les analyses de portefeuille.



Exigences:

• Expérience professionnelle d'au moins trois ans dans un poste similaire ou formation pertinente dans le domaine financier. (Souhaité)

• Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.

• Connaissances approfondies des produits financiers et des normes de conduite dans le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada.

• Fortes compétences en communication, gestion du temps, analyse, et résolution de problèmes.

Atouts supplémentaires :

• Formation sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada et/ou le Manuel des normes de conduite. (Souhaité)

• Détenteur ou détenteuse du titre de planificateur financier (IQPF) ou volonté d'obtenir des certifications pertinentes.
