Agropur est à la recherche d’un analyste système et conformité transport pour joindre son équipe basée à St-Laurent.

À titre d’analyste système et conformité transport tu auras un rôle clé dans la gestion et l'amélioration des processus de transport et de conformité au sein de notre organisation. Tu seras au cœur des opérations de gestion de la flotte, de la facturation, des normes de sécurité et de la télématique des véhicules. Ce poste est idéal pour un expert en conformité et en analyse, prêt à relever des défis et à apporter des solutions novatrices qui feront progresser nos activités et renforceront notre engagement envers la sécurité et la performance.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

Assumer la responsabilité globale de la conformité réglementaire (PEVL/CVOR) et veiller à la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques;


Superviser et améliorer le cycle de conformité, de la documentation à la mise à jour des pratiques;


Assurer la conformité et l'exactitude des dossiers des conducteurs;


Superviser et optimiser l'utilisation des systèmes télématiques pour améliorer la performance des véhicules et garantir la sécurité;


Produire des rapports détaillés sur les indicateurs de performance clés, identifier les lacunes et proposer des solutions pour optimiser les processus;


Agir en tant qu'expert de la plateforme OTM pour l'analyse et le support et assurer la continuité en tant que remplaçant de l'Analyste Système Transport;


Identifier et diriger des initiatives pour l'amélioration des processus opérationnels et administratifs.



Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

Diplôme universitaire en gestion des opérations, logistique ou domaine connexe;


Expérience de 3-5 ans dans un rôle similaire axé sur la conformité, l'analyse de systèmes ou la gestion des opérations de transport;


Connaissance approfondie des exigences réglementaires provinciales et canadiennes entourant les opérations de la flotte (atout);


Connaissance de SAP et solide maîtrise des systèmes télématiques et des outils d'analyse de données (Excel, Power BI, etc.);


Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais. (Anglais requis pour travailler avec des collègues des autres provinces canadiennes).
