This role is an integral role in improving Sure Systems’ marketing efforts and implementing effective content marketing strategies. This full-time position is based at the Sure Systems office, where our collaborative environment fosters innovation and creativity.


About You:

You’re a recent or upcoming graduate with a flair for writing, a keen interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow.

You can translate customer and company experiences, feedback, and tone into compelling, engaging, and dynamic stories that are easily consumable and aligned with Sure Systems’ Content Marketing Strategies.


Key Responsibilities of the Role:

● Create and publish original, branded and high-quality content across multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, blog articles, email marketing, etc., and implement content strategies that support organizational goals and convey our brand message.

● Support and execute the editorial calendar and content strategy to engage key audiences across all stages of the funnel and customer lifecycle.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with our brand values and customer needs.

● Manage social media channels, from planning to execution, including content curation and engaging with followers.

● Collaborate with external agencies or vendors to support marketing initiatives as needed.

● Review all assignments before publication for accuracy, readability and on-brand content.

● Monitor and report on content marketing metrics and KPIs.

● Identify successful content and map out new ways to repurpose (i.e. a blog post into a YouTube video) to amplify the organization’s message.

● Recommend and execute on testing strategies to improve conversion rates on content pages.

● Troubleshoot and track site performance including social sharing, page load speed, and other technical issues related to search marketing.


How do you know if this role is for you?

● You’re a dynamic content marketer with experience across multiple platforms, a technical background and a strong portfolio to prove it.

● You have the proven ability to successfully manage and execute a content marketing strategy.

● You have proven experience using social media channels to distribute and amplify content, manage reputation, develop relationships, and drive website traffic.

● You have strong writing and editing skills and a keen eye for detail – few typos get past you.

● You have the proven ability to manage a business blog that furthers organizational goals.

● You have experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms and the ability to create content within and troubleshoot issues with the WordPress platform.

● You understand analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, to adjust marketing strategy and tactics.

● You’re organized and comfortable in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and can multi-task independently to meet deadlines.

● You have a superior ability to create compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.

● You foster collaborative relationships and environments that build bridges both internally and with external stakeholders across multiple platforms.
